Big Time Holidays limited is a locally Tours and Travel firm with its head office located in Nairobi Kenya. It has a branch in China which acts as a sales and marketing office for the European Markets. This company is dedicated to meeting the demands of both the recreational and business travelers of the 21st century.

The company has traces of its roots back 1994, first as a company providing transport services to students on their study trips or field trips. With time there were several requests from the corporate world for Big Time Holidays limited to provide same service to major companies holding their annual getaways, seminars / retreats & team buildings.
This was later extended to individuals and families who wished to avoid the hustle of driving while on holiday. This is the time Big Time Holidays ltd was re-branded as a tour company offering exclusive tours / safaris and transfers to holiday makers. Since its inception, one thing was quite clear in the mind of the directors that for one to excel in the leisure industry quality was and is paramount, in both personnel as well as vehicles.
From a humble beginning, Big Time Holidays ltd as accompany has accumulated practical experiences in the field of tours, mountain climbing and safaris. We are now one of the leading tour operators, specializing in promoting East Africa and Kenya in particular as the leading tourist destination in Africa.

We have recently expanded our operations into Tanzania and Uganda.

Operation hours
Monday to Friday:      0800hrs to 1300hrs
1400hrs to 1700hrs
However there is always a staff in the office over lunch hours ensuring continuity in client service.
Saturday / Sunday:                   0900hrs to 1600hrs

All our staff is professionally trained in tours and travels and has a wealth experience and knowledge in the tourism and hospitality industry. It is our company objective to gain and retain the best staff available in the industry.
We hire only full qualified proven professionals to service the needs of our customers. Our policy is to empower individuals at each level to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
